Once the details and price are agreed upon, I’ll send an invoice on Paypal. I will begin the commission once full payment is received.

I may contact you during the process if I need clarification or additional input.

For full-render commissions, I’ll provide updates at the initial sketch, lineart, coloring, and background/final rendering stages.

Changes can be requested during these check-ins as outlined in my Terms of Service.

For colored sketches and sketch pages, I generally won’t provide an initial sketch unless requested or clarification is needed.

Once the piece is complete and approved, I’ll send the final PNG via MEGA.nz. Delivery marks the completion of the commission.

Commissions are typically completed within one month of payment. Delays due to unusual circumstances, waiting for client responses, or requested changes may extend this timeframe.

Once a stage has been approved, substantial changes to that stage may require additional fee.

Please review progress updates carefully and communicate any desired changes when I check in!! This helps prevent major changes later in the process.

By submitting a commission request, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Services and my Commission Timeline.

Full payment must be received before work can start.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point during the process.

CHANGES: The final price may increase for particularly complex character designs, detailed references, complicated descriptions, or other requests that require significantly more work than a standard commission. Reasonable changes can be requested during the appropriate progress-check stages. Large changes to the concept after the initial sketch may require an additional fee. Reasonable minor revisions are included as part of the commission process, including things such as small adjustments to colors, facial expressions, or details that can be corrected without substantially changing the approved concept. Major changes to the piece after the initial sketch has been approved may require an additional fee, including changing the pose, composition, character, outfit, perspective, or overall concept. I reserve the right to determine whether a requested change is a minor revision, major revision, or additional work. Changes that are needed because of an error on my part will not be charged. Repeatedly adding new requests or substantially changing the original concept after work has begun may result in me pausing the commission until we agree upon a complete description and scope of the piece. If the commissioner repeatedly changes the scope of the commission or makes it impossible to proceed with the agreed-upon request, I will cancel the commission rather than continue indefinitely.

REFUNDS AND CHARGE BACKS: Refunds may be issued upon request depending on how much work has been done. Contact me first if there is a problem with your payment or commission so that we can attempt to resolve it. Filing a charge back or payment dispute without first contacting me will result in the cancellation of your commission and refusal of future commissions. I will retain relevant commission records, including the agreed-upon description, progress updates, invoices, and delivered files, in the event that a payment dispute occurs.

RESPONSE TIMES: I may not respond for a few days about a commission. I have a full time job and many responsibilities outside of this work. Please respect my time. If I do not receive a response from you for 30 days, I reserve the right to place the commission on indefinite hold or cancel the commission and provide a refund based on how much work has been completed. I will communicate if the commission is expected to take more than a month to finish after payment.

PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE: Purchasing a commission gives you permission to personally use and display the finished artwork. You may use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, or other personal-use image. You may repost the artwork to your personal social media accounts or other personal spaces, provided that my signature remains visible and I am credited as the artist when possible. You may not resell my work or repost without my signature. Personal use does not include using the artwork to generate income, promote a business, sell merchandise, or otherwise use the artwork commercially. Commercial use requires my explicit permission and may require an additional commercial-use fee.

PORTFOLIO USE: I may post completed commissions on my portfolio, social media, or other platforms for the purpose of showcasing my artwork. There is an option on my commission form if you would like to keep your commission private, and I will not post or share the work anywhere.

FINISHED WORK:The finished commission will be provided as a PNG unless another file format has been agreed upon. I do not normally provide layered working files or speed paints. I am not responsible for permanently storing your commission after delivery. Please download and save your files when they are provided to you.

AI USE: My artwork may not be submitted to, used as a prompt or reference for, modified or otherwise used to create AI generated artwork or derivatives, or used to train, fine tune, or contribute to any machine-learning or generative AI model, nor may any AI-generated work created using my artwork be sold or distributed, without my explicit prior permission.

LIMITS: I will not draw cub, feral, or scat. Many other themes can be discussed. I will draw any theme I have before.
